我们都知道，牛津大学与剑桥大学一个重要的特色就是导师制，学生与导师定期回互相沟通及探讨问题。面试官很有可能也会是你未来的导师，他们会以类似方式来评估学生的学习、思考能力。可以说，面试有点像对牛剑教学活动的提前预演，你可以体验到这里的学生如何与导师进行交流。
其实很多时候，面试官都是抱着和蔼的态度来面对你，他们期待申请者能充分参与、专心致志，对所有提出的问题能做出灵敏的反应，并能很好地完成面试中设置的任务。有时候，面试官提出的问题可能极具挑战性，但其实他们并不希望申请者倒背如流地回答问题，或者答出一个笼统的，成熟的答案。而是期待见到申请者能展示出自己具有进一步发展的潜力。

不要仅仅说你读过什么书，看到过什么话题，你需要做的就是表达你自己的观点来证明你对这个专业已经很熟悉了。
如果你不知道问题的答案，仔细想想你知道的这样会帮你以一个智慧的方式去回答这个问题。
如果你对某个问题，某件事不确定，你需要去问清楚，如果真的不懂，你只需要说，抱歉，我真的不了解。但是还是要尽力去回答这个问题。
记住他们只是想找一些学术上比较有潜力和高度的学生，而不是一个完美的人。
这会帮助你形成你的观点，并且产生新的观点。
做好你改变自己的观点的准备。面试官有的时候就会变成小恶魔一样来挑战你 的观点，对你进行质疑来看你是否有新的观点出现。如果你不同意他们，也不需要一定遵从他们的说法，你可以表示认同，但是你还坚持自己的意见。
例如，你肯定会问一些高于你学术水平的问题，所以学的越多越好。不要只停留在AS的教学大纲上，全方位学习你的专业，了解的越多，你会越有激情和兴趣，这样你才得心应手的处理一些未想到的一些问题。
总的来说，面试的时候不要害怕自己的观点与面试官不一致，他们会用不一样的方向去提问你，看你的反应，然后与你平静且有智慧地一起辩论，这样将会擦出更多“火花”！
