The Centre for Graduate Studies(CGS) is responsible for monitoring the implementation of postgraduate academic programmes in UTHM. It aims to offer postgraduate programmes towards achieving a high-income nation, and to nurture world class scholars through quality teaching and research. experienced members of academic staff or a supervisory panel. The minimum duration of study is 3/4 years for PhD and 1/2 years for Master’s, depending on whether it is a full time or part time study. The Master's Degree by coursework programme is designed to extend the knowledge and skills gained from the first degree and to develop new professional skills in the student. The programme involves lectures, seminars and project work. The Master's Degree by mixed-mode is combination of coursework and research activities.
